By placing an order on Sellular BD, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns


You may request a return or replacement if:

* You received a damaged or defective product
* You received the wrong item
* The product has a major printing or manufacturing defect
* The product is significantly different from the description

2. Non-Returnable Items


We do not accept returns for:

* Books or products that have been **used, marked, or damaged by the customer**
* **Special order or imported books** (unless damaged or incorrect upon delivery)
* **Educational toys, games, and stationery** once opened or used
* **Clearance or discounted items** (unless defective)
* Any item without original packaging or proof of purchase

3. Return Request Timeframe


To be eligible for a return or replacement:

* You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the product
* Requests made after this period may not be accepted

4. How to Request a Return


To initiate a return, please contact our support team with:

* Clear photos/videos of the issue
* Description of the problem

5. Return Process


Once your return request is approved:

* You may be asked to return the product to our designated address
* In some cases, we may arrange **pickup via courier**
* Returned items will be inspected before approval of refund or replacement

6. Refund Policy


Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

* If the product is confirmed as defective, incorrect, or eligible for refund
* If the item is unavailable for replacement

Refund Method:

* Mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket)
* Bank transfer
* Store credit (if applicable)

Refunds will be processed within 1–10 business days after approval.

Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Replacement Policy


Where possible, we prefer to offer a replacement instead of a refund.

Replacement is subject to:

* Product availability
* Stock status
* Condition of returned item

If the replacement item is not available, a refund will be issued.

8. Shipping Costs


* If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), Sellular BD will bear the return shipping cost.
* If the return is due to customer preference or change of mind, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs (if applicable).

9. International & Special Orders


For internationally sourced or special-order books:

* Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged or incorrect upon delivery
* Minor differences in edition, cover design, or publisher updates are not considered defects
* Delivery delays or import-related factors are not eligible for refunds

10. Order Cancellation


Orders can only be cancelled if:

* The order has not yet been processed or shipped

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but return eligibility may apply after delivery.

11. Important Notes


* All returned items must be in original condition with packaging intact
* Sellular BD reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet policy conditions
* Refund approval is subject to internal quality inspection
* Abuse of return policy may result in suspension of future orders
